Early Mothers Day Surprise

Christie sent me some beautiful tulips for mothers day. After a hard day at work...hard week at work I should say - it was a pleasant surprise when I got home. A ProFlowers box was sitting on my porch when I drove in. Thank you Christie - can't wait to see ya next week!

Yeah...Christie has a home now

While I was in Vegas on a business trip, Ed flew down to Tampa to help Christie find another place to live. Her apartment notified her just a few weeks ago that they were filing bankruptcy and that she had to move out by May 2. It couldn't have come at a worse time...I'm gone, she had final exams that week, and we thought that we were all set with FREE rent for the rest of the year with her working as an RA for the complex.

Christie said that the lobby looks rustic like you would find in Gatlinburg. I will post pics as soon as she gets her room set up.

Vegas day 3

Today we wrapped up our meeting. It is late so we will tear down in the morning and head on home. Here are more pics of the hotel. One of the unique things was the gondola rides through the canal shoppes. There are many shops and eateries up and down the canal.

Vegas Day 2

Today was the actual meeting day. We had over 60 dealers visit with us at our booth. All of these dealers are in my top 100 for yearly sales...so as you can imagine, this was a big deal for me to get to meet them all face to face. Each dealer brought some of their sales staff which David and I was able to talk to and educate them about our new product lines. It was a really long day but hopefully will be worth it in the end.

Vegas day 1

Can you believe it..and this room is just for me. It is HUGE and Beautiful. Perhaps one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. Too bad Ed couldn't come with me this time. It is almost as big as Jillian's current apartment. Me and my boss set up for our tradeshow today. I will post pics of that tomorrow. Just winding down and hope to get a good nights rest in preparation for the LONG DAY Thursday.

Lilacs in the air

My good neighbor Trey - cut some of his beautiful orchids and added some very fragrant lilacs to the bunch and brought them to me. He said he thought that I would enjoy the beauty and the wonderful smells.

Thank you Trey! My whole house smells wonderful.
