Foggy day

Like I said earlier - the weather here in Nashville is so different from day to day. This morning I could not even see to drive the fog was so bad. Yuk!

Grass is a calling....

Yes.. it's that time of year. Ed tuned up the lawnmower and gave it a good first cut! I love the smell of fresh cut grass.

I on the other hand went to the southern women's show today, by myself. I couldn't find anyone free to go with me though. I had a lot of fun and bought some neat things... Girls - I can't wait to show you my new purse - you will be so jealous. I will have to take a picture and post it this week - it is the neatest thing yet!

Unbelievable - Beautiful Day today!

Well ...like they say...if you don't like the weather in Nashville today...wait till tomorrow! We have storms on Thursday and beautiful 73 degree sunny day today. After church, it was so pretty that Ed and I decided to take a lunch to the park - eat there- and take a walk around the lake. Here are a few pictures - the rest are in my shutterfly album. There is one green plant -you will see it on the album that we had never seen before... really odd.

We're all ok

It's 8:45 and all is calm right now. We had numerous tornado's touch down all around us today. Most damage was on Murfreesboro rd near the McDonald's, Longhorn Steak, Firestone Tire area. The Nashville airport was temporary closed - air traffic controllers evacuated from the towers as tornado's touched down here. Two semi trucks were blown over by the high winds on the interstate on I40 also near the airport. There are lots of trees down and much flooding - but we are all ok. I will post more pics later. Another batch of storms are on their way - I'' turn computer off till tomorrow.

No fooling around today

Nope...just didn't have the extra energy to scheme up any funny jokes to play on anyone today. That's a little sad I guess. All is well though.
